Arcane Mage

Rotation
(1) Burn Phase - Blast spam until at 40% mana, then Evocation. Switch to Conserve
(2) Conserve Phase - Blast, Blast, Barrage, Blast, Blast, Barrage, throw  in Missle whenever it procs.Switch back to Burn on calculation


Calculation is to work out how long before Evocation comes off GCD & depends on speed at throwing Blast (i.e. 4 minutes CD so at 2.3sec per Blast and 1.5sec per Barrage, its ... god knows, as it depends on AB cost and your mana to see how long Burn Phase will take to consume your Mana. I'll work it out as a formula ... some other time.

Major: Arcane Power, Evocation, any
Minor:Mirror Image, Conjuring, any

Stats
Bastards wont say, because 'they get set in stone and vary on gear'. well duh. Int first, then (I think ) Mastery > Haste > Crit, but god knows.
